I like this meme, as we have both cats and dogs. I’d change the cat list to read:

Shits in a box,
Can track a criminal,
Can detect cancer in humans,
Can learn 169 voice commands,
Can detect small amounts of drugs,
But frankly doesn’t give a **** about your needs or problems.

Can't argue with that. Love dogs & cats both. Whoever created it probably was a bit dog biased?

This is our Ruby . She was a rescue from a puppy mill. She was dumped in a field in the middle of winter . She is very much a once in a lifetime dog . Couldn't imagine life without her .

Yep, but as a 3 dog owner, the reality is dog personality is beyond awesome. They are loyal. I find that a hard word to attach to our cats, in any scenario.

My daughter just flew in and the dogs hadn’t seen her in 18 months. OMG, their greeting of her was spectacular. In their mind, the pack was finally back together.

Dogs will relax with you,
Hunt with you,
Eat with you,
Defend with you,
Fight for you,
Survive with you,
Starve with you, and
Die with you.

Small wonder our ancestors invited the wolves into the circle next to the fire with them.
But I love both cats and dogs!

Here are the late Barlow (on couch) and Big Earl.
Barlow was a farm dog that we had just brought indoors in the city. He didn't know the rules yet.
Big Earl is waiting for the axe to fall.
