DOGS

I get something similar. Three German Shepherd noses sticking thru the doggie door. Took a picture, but with the security screen door in the way, it didn't come out.
I love dogs and animals in general. Yesterday Theresa and I were coming home when we saw a hawk laying in the middle of our lane. I stopped, phoned the police and they showed up. He was alive, they said they'd handle it, so we were on our way. I don't care for people who won't take care of themselves, with their hand out, but an animal suffering makes me crazy!!

Yup, me too.

I've seen several huskies/malamutes with different color eyes. Always slightly disconcerting.
(All of them were beautiful, friendly dogs, tho)
It is kind of spooky, in a good way, I agree!

Whoever mentioned here that peroxide will make a dog puke, THANK YOU!!!
GF and I found one of our dog balls with a big piece missing. It was a glow ball so we should have been able to find the missing piece easily, IF nobody had eaten it. Well, ten laps of the yard and porch found nothing.
Liz said Hemi and Cuda were around the ball when she found it, so we checked for the amount of peroxide needed, and dosed them both. Ten minutes later, several piles of puke, dogs wanting to eat it back up, but no piece of ball.
I said, then its got to be in Magnum. Liz said he wasn't around. I said, he might have been before we found the bad ball. Since he's on meds, I checked with our Vet, (amazingly, the vets office is open on Sunday!) the Vet said no interaction expected, so Magnum got dosed too!

Horked up a 1"x2"x1/4 chunk of rubber ball that I don't think he could ever pass. (Same size as what Cuda swallowed and couldn't pass, you dont wanna know what that surgery cost!)
So... All Good! Thanks again!
