Anyone know what the gasket at the bottom of the door glass is called? I know it has a white plastic clip as a part of it and maybe some clear plastic covering??

Are you referring to number 19? I know they vary in size and shape but not sure if any have plastic clips or clear plastic covering.
If you are talking about Number 19 in the illustration then that would have to be the lift bracket gasket.

After looking at this I may have been looking it side ways as it sat a bit buried on the floor of the car in the body shop, so I think I am looking at #10 and the clips #9 & #30 did that gasket have like a clear plastic over rubber with white clips?
