Electrical Issue

Hello Everyone!!
I am new to the forum and need some help with an electrical issue on y 69 satellite.
he problem is when key is off all power remains in the car windshield wipers, heater etc.. Any help is greatly appreciated. I tested ignition switch and Is fine. I did find some frayed wired an repaired them. Still have power to everything as if in ACC Mode.

Someone took power from a cigarette lighter or other on all times power or by passed fuse block.... I'd rewire the whole car or wait till it burns up then rewire the whole car....

The ignition switch control serval other switches ....IGN switch has not failed, check the connector for corroded, the bulkhead / firewall connector is loose/ corroded..........

After looking over everything decided to start with rewiring the dash. Ordered the kit from year one, Hopefully it shouldn't be that bad. Let you know how the project goes

If you ordered the "stock" harness from Year One that is built by M&H harness you won't have any troubles at all. Just start at one end, disconnect a connector off the old harness then connect the new and work your way across.
