Wanting to convert over from points to electronic ignition...Who makes the best kit. Proform ? Pertronix ? Summit ?

Firecore sells a nice unit also. They are sold through Mancini. The distributor is a little taller than a factory one, but uses a factory Mopar cap and rotor. We have had issues with the repop distributors sold by Jegs and Mancini.

I'm a big fan of the factory parts.

You can still find the harness and brain at junk yards for about $20, and you can get a reman distributor for about $40 if you can't find one at the JY.
