Oh yaMost likely where the water in the cylinder came from.....?
Unfortunately, that’s not unusual for their castings. The Edelbrock and Trick Flows are amazing castings by comparison. What cylinder head? That’s what happened to my EZ head.

Agreed. I think a TF race head would sell well. My main point was that both Edelbrock and Trick Flow can make high quality aluminum castings. Why can’t Indy?Getting it welded up?
The TF heads are super nice pieces.
Unfortunately, on something like Doug’s 572 build....... I think their 270 compared to an Indy cnc345 type head is going to leave a fair amount of power on the table.
Be nice if TF brought out a more race oriented head for that type of application.
Seems like Indy stuff makes good HP but I keep hearing about not so good quality control AND lousy customer service on top of that....Agreed. I think a TF race head would sell well. My main point was that both Edelbrock and Trick Flow can make high quality aluminum castings. Why can’t Indy?
Time for the -13's
The word is that Russ SOLD INDY. Maybe the net owner will tend to business.Seems like Indy stuff makes good HP but I keep hearing about not so good quality control AND lousy customer service on top of that....

Its on the welding trail. On to guy #2. My machine guy got the thin spot built up but still 2 small pin holes. Going to a guy that works doing Top Fuel heads. Should hopefully be done by Tuesday/Wednesday.---
Doug are you going to fix it up? I know that you've done very good work with epoxy in the past.
