I couldn't do it.
I would want to bash the guys that I don't like and give free reign to the people that I did.
Having the ability to resist being punitive to the dorks would be next to impossible for me. Slapping down the people that I deem as friends would be like punching my best friend.
It sure can't be easy to do the job. Kudos to you guys for herding the cats.
