Tough one, so many of my favorites only had a few really good songs, Joan Jett, Pat Benatar and Lita Ford to name a few but I'm going to go with Amy Lee from Evanescence. Great voice and a lot of great songs, not hard to look at either.

of the most angelic voice I've ever heard - she has true "perfect pitch" and when she's
surrounded by these gentlemen, you get master musicians at every position:
