Yes original paint and it's never had any paint touchups anywhere

Dodge only. 1966 Plymouth had some variation of commando emblems

But on a 66 Plymouth the Commando V8 emblem is on the front edge of the fender. Only the Hemi car got the 426 Hemi emblem on the dog leg of the fender like shown, And early build hemi cars got the HP2 emblem on the front of the fender similar to the commando v8 cars

Yes it is. Great timepiece that was put into storage in 71 and retrieved this last year. The entire brake, fuel and cooling systems meticulously gone through and every seal and gasket replaced including the drivetrain
