Fighting With The Post Office

You guys will love this. So after I submit my complaint, I get an auto-generated email from the post office thanking me for making them aware of the issue, they will investigate, and let me know what happens.

Then yesterday afternoon I get an email from the postmaster at the Orange Park post office that states essentially the same thing... thanks, we'll investigate, we'll get back to you. And guess who the postmaster is? Yep, my good buddy Charlotte, the same person who blatantly lied to my face three times is the very same person who's going to investigate her unprofessional lying!!!

I am so looking forward to what comes out of this!

You guys have not registered for online ups tracking. I know when ups picks it up and every stop along its way untill I get it and then a notification that it has been delivered by the driver. You can also designate a location just for their drops and recieving.
Have had no problems with ups to date.
Yes, I used the tracker too. It said the package arrived in California (from NJ) and then the status went to "unknown". After placing a tracker to find it, the status changed to tracking lost shipment. Then after two weeks with that status they declared it officially lost. The tracker only gives you a false sense of security.

I must be in the minority as I have never had a problem with either USPS of FedEx,use them both about weekly,USPS for small packages,FedEx for large. Also, the USPS clerk did not lie,all USPS packages include tracking and $50 ins regardless.
Likewise. I have no complaints of the USPS or other carriers. Like any other large organization they have their bad apples but, all in all, they do well while often putting up with some crappy conditions and customers.
