Hello all just wondering if anyone has clear pictures of how the floor pan wiring covers are fitted as my floor pan was replaced, are they screwed to the floor and any gaps between the front & rear covers thanks ahead all

pretty sure AMD sells them, they have "tabs", and are spot welded in........ pretty self explanatory as far as fitment goes........ you can screw them in if it's too late for welding

yes thanks i already purchased them and it's too late to weld so screw it is .i just found a post on this forum & photo's all i really need now is the measurement between the two in the middle thanks

the back ones are about 1 1/2 inche short of touching the wheel well . The front one will almost touch the back one. I will weld mine in after priming the floor pan. Just search our site, here you go Floor pan wire covers

looking at these pictures of an original pan they look to have around 2" gap between the two

Mine are still in place and never removed. I have the carpet out of the car. I can post some pictures from my '70 Charger later this week, weather permitting.

Are there pictures of anything else you need?

just need the measurement between the two and the measurement from the wheel tub to the cover off an original untouched car thanks much appreciated

In my post it shows it at 1-1/2 inch from rear wheel well.I would think twice before screwing them in car painted or not. That screw sticks out underneath thru the floor pan. A little prep work n touch up paint n you will never know you did it after

Thanks i saw the 1 1/2 inch from back thank you but needed to know the gap between the 2 .I'm surprised as i would have thought the screws wouldn't be seen being on the inside of the seal panel next to the seal panel seam under the scuff plates

I'll be taking/posting pictures later today since the weather is finally cooperating.

Note: The wheel wells have sealant on them from the factory. My measurements to the wheel well only included a thin layer of sealant, not a thick layer or bead.
