Flywheel balance

Hello guys. I have this flywheel and I don’t know if it external balanced or internal. It going on a 70 440 hp. Changing from automatic to four speed. It’s a 143 tooth. I’ve had it on the engine running on engine stand. At 2000 rpm. Please help. Thanks.

Thank you. I just had it surfaced today. Wasn’t sure what I had. So it good to go go on my 70 440 hp.
