LOL what room,it's always full
3 finished cars will be garaged under the loft and the upper loft is the new man cave.I have the lower all wired now, I just need to finish the pot lights up stairs then onto wiring the bathroom/laundry.Once that's all done I can finally wire up the actual shop.

Spray foam is great stuff. Was living on an acreage back in Saskatchewan that had a couple big shop buildings, was impossible to keep them warm in the winter (-30 to -40 celcius). We got a guy to come spray foam only the garage door and the difference was amazing, once the shop got warm you could turn the heat off and it would stay warm as long as the door stayed shut. Cut our heating bill in half

The shop is great,the 3 bay's behind the golf cart are just mini storage doors but they do a great job at keeping all the body work dust and over spray off of the finished cars and the heating ducts are set up so that there is no chance of the dust blowing into the loft/man cave.
