I just heard Tony Dorsett giving an interview where he says he's got symptoms of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) sydrome from too many concussions. He says he's having trouble remembering names, or how to drive to places he's drive to before. Dude... you're 60 years old! You start forgetting things more and more as you get older regardless of if you played football or not.

I'm thinking we're going to start seeing more and more players rushing to blame CTE for the normal symptoms of aging rather than having to admit they are just getting old, and that's going to end up ruining football.

I think its the real deal, unfortunately. The guys are bigger, faster and the hits are harder.

This vid about Leroy Hoard brought it home for me. He's only 45.
