Anybody need 2,000 horsepower? This turned up on my LinkedIn page. That's a V-16 two stroke with 567 cubic inches per cylinder.
Just right if you're building a tractor dragster, although with a 900 rpm. redline you may need some very tall tires.

By the way, I remember working in the shop and there'd be a couple of those blowers sitting as spares, they'd cover most of the pallet they were sitting on.

World’s longest passenger train? Certainly not the world’s longest train. There are freight trains here in excess of 10,000 feet.
 
I think it's the longest route.

I saw a special on that train.

Also the longest run of straight track in the world IIRC.
 
Maybe the longest route in Australia, at 1850 miles. Canadian National has a 2 769 mile run for the Vancouver to Toronto run. China and Russia have routes in the 4-5000 mile range while the American Chicago to Los Angeles run is over 2,720 miles.
 
Maybe it was just longest tangent (straight) track.
