interesting

That means you hate it, and I don't blame you. I would venture to say that the thing must be fuuuuuugly with the roof up. But looking that the pictures, you need to put on a hazmat suit just to sit in that thing!

But, the folded roof sticks up just as much as a drop-top VW. If the interior is any guide, I would say that it's a hack job.

No me gusta! agee with RC, looks like a VW with the bonnet all folded up. i wonder if he did any reinforcement on the sub frame

Thats Ikky...no wonder its only $5000. Since it comes with a newer 5.9L motor and trans, it could be a parts car (unfortunately).

That was my first impression, as well. No pics of the undercarriage to show what reinforcement (if any) is present and how well (or poorly) it was done. Great idea, questionable execution, lots of potential.

Yeh, pretty much. That thing looks horrid.

I bet a 71 or 72 Satellite would look better with the top down.

...and no, "interesting" does not equal "bad". It is not the opposite of "good". It is neutral. I don't know why most people assume that.
Myself, I'd prefer things to be "interesting" as opposed to the true opposite "boring".

i like the 5.9 swap... Well the idea of it, if it was done as poorly as the top..

Makes you wonder why it even has a top. The interior looks like it has been sitting outside with the top down for the last 20+ years.

Cool idea but hacked for sure, the charger lettering on the quarter panels is real low class.

I'm wondering how he fastens the top to the windshield header? And what the top frame is sourced from? Like I said...interesting car, but it lacks crucial details for a buyer that is serious about building such a "one-of-none" phantom cabrio.

Not my cup of tea, kind of ruins the lines...

To each their own, it's someone's pride & joy

That at least looks factory. The gray car looks like it has 1st class wiring. Another selling point. No electrical gremlins waiting to show their faces, no siree.
