It was after 63 due to the windshield frame and after 65 due to the location of the wiper motor and electrical block . I want to say its a 67 Coronet or Belvedere, could say more if the rear was shown.

theres still a few parts left on it, shift linkage,steering column,p/s gear box parts, headliner bows. worked a deal with the owner but the bobcat got stuck in mud getting back to it. gotta dry out or freeze then out comes the torch. never pass a mopar up that still has usable parts. (if the price is right)

Nice find. If it was built at the STL plant, I'd be interested in any VIN or tag data you'd care to share. I'm sure Chris at the 69 Charger registry would like to know about it too.
