Is this kit out now? I have heard about it for a couple of years. I would buy a couple of them. I also have decals for Dick Landy version.

I have a Dick Landy set as well. 2 actually, the old Fred Caddy set and the newest one from Slixx.
I have heard the end of this month Dave, but you know how these things go. Do you remember how long it
seemed to take for their altered Plymouth to finally come out.
Keep an eye out at Model Round Up online. He usually gets this stuff in a couple of weeks before the regular shops.
If you have a regular model shop you use, maybe they can order it for you now.
