Just wondering if on b bodys I can run 15x4.5 or 15x5 not like its that big of a difference. Just want to know which to order.

Sure you can, what is it your trying to do &/or use a 4.5"-5" wide X 15" diam. rim for ??...

I run 15x4.5 wheels on my 64 dodge.I have run that wheel combination with many tire sizes.I like to run a 7" front tire on the street.Just do to road conditions and stopping.

i have used 15x5 and now have 15x4 on my Satellite.
daily driver plus regular on the strip

Make sure the tires can handle the weight rating like 1200+ lbs GVW each {you should never exceed 80% of the rating for safety}.... & speed rating if necessary, if you plan on racing or haulen butt, anything over 120 mph, should always be speed rated & high speed spun balanced...

Good info thanks, I was planning on going with bfgs or even hoosiers, or mickey front runners.

Make sure if your going to drive on the street mainly that they have a DOT rating, I'm not sure the Mickey Thompsons front runners {drag racing specific}, are they even DOT rated ??... "Front runners" tires are really not intended for lots of turning with any high side loading & regular street use, pot holes, big bumps etc...

M/T Sportsman Fronts are a good choice for a street driven strip car. They look good on a car also.

I wanted to stick with the factory aluminum wheels on my 300 ( only weigh 13 lbs each ) and they measure 15X6. MT Sportsman front tires were my only choice with that wide of a wheel.
