Front Signal Single Filament Vs. Double Filament Bulbs

After installing the new bulbs all is working as it should. The single filament bulb was the issue.

You have found your problem... Single filament in a dual filament socket shorts the park lights to the T/Signals... And like I & YY1 mentioned earlier the pins should prevent this but plenty of times a little BFSI (Brute Force & Sheer Ignorance) (AKA moose breathed monkey) causes the bulb to fit anyway...
