Front to Rear Brake line routing

Does the line go under the frame as pictured or go thru the frame hole pointed out in picture. Pictured is the part of the frame that anchor the torsion bars. Thanks. Its been 20+ years that I disassembled this and I cant remember.

Facing the same challenge on my 68 charger. Shop that did the body work trashed my original lines and didn’t take pics either.

So with the hard brake line through the hole (where the finger points in the thread picture), where does the e-brake cable route?

My crossmember also has the extra hole on the outer side, but there is no corresponding exit hole on the rear flange of the crossmember.
