Hi folks!!

I order recently a fuel pump from rockauto for my 69 383:

More Information for DELPHI MF0060

And when I remove it the fuel pump has threaded outlet like the hemi fuel pumps:

More Information for DELPHI MF0056

Well I look the specifications and they are very similar (hemi from 5 to 7 psi and the 383 from 6 to 8 psi). Its good for my car the 383 or I need to replace for the hemi ones??

My 383 have modifications to 500hp but I dont know what mods…

The pump comes with 2 gaskets, I think that I only needs one… its right? Or I need both gaskets?

Thanks in advance

Your pump will be OK. You only need 1 gasket.
Yes it will start and run fine during "normal" operation but:
if it truly makes 500 hp then it will likely starve at the the high end.
The whole fuel system will need to be increased from 5/6" to 3/8" and a higher volume pump will be required.

Yes its possible I bought the car with this pump, but dont works fine… now are ok (I think)

About fuel lines, from fuel pump outlet has metallic fuel line, but in the carb goes to hose with a clamp…. Then with the new fuel pump I replaced all hose, but I don't remember the diameter

The manner of attachment to either, is a hard line to the pump, or a hose/clamp on the pump. Main objective is a leak-free connection. I'd be curious as to how you arrive at 500hp for your engine. Yes, use only one gasket. Unless you are doing some serious drag racing, the pump is fine. The quality of the pump ( ex. origin of manufacture ) to me is a concern.

If you go to 3/8 hard lines be sure to utilize as much as possible and only use rubber in short pieces for connections.
