Im Running My Battery In my Trunk and a 140 amp 1 wire alternator Connected Directly To The Starter + Battery Lug Post and Grounded To The Frame. Both With a Gauge Wire. No Other Wires Coming From The Battery..

A Few Questions.

Should I Run a High Amp Fuse InBetween The Alternator Feed And The + Post On The Starter?

...An 8 Gauge Wire From ’+’ Starter Post To a 160 Amp Maxi Fuse or Breaker Then To The Alternator

Also I Would Like To Add A Fused Accessorie Post Inside The To Power My Fuse Box.

Not For a Mopar But Any Recommendations n Help Would Be Great

When you get a short, the only source able to feed the short is the batt. If the car was sourced just by the alt, the short will suck all the power available to feed the regulator/fields feeding the alt rotor, so the alt will stop to source and stall the engine.

The only fuse link REALLY needed is the one between batt and bulkhead ( originally using the starter relay + post to the bulkhead section wire ), but that's on cars still running this wire to bulkhead/ammeter. Since it seems the car already has jumped the system running a wire between alt post and starter relay batt post, well... The fuse link should be between batt and starter relay + post.

You can add some other fuse links around if you want, but that would be the main one.
