Is this little hole in the temp gauge for adjustment purposes? There’s a brass tab right behind the hole that connects to the brass strip going to the temp needle.

From the pix of the 3 gauges, looks like the only possible adjustment on these gauges is from the small rear hole where you see the teeth.
This makes sense now that I see the internals. My oil pressure is off slightly compared to the Autometer gauge I’m running too

Heh. Now the question is - which one is right? What's slightly? Mopar gauges are usually reliable if they weren't abused - that is, exposed to weather, left out exposed out of the cluster, etc. You'd need a dead weight hydro tester or something similar to calibrate with the sending unit for pressure.
Did you replace your oil sending unit with a repop? it could be it and not the gauge. Most are junk.My oil gauge in the Bee says 5psi and my mechanical gauge says 45 spi.
Yes, have a repop sending unit and I guess I shouldn’t complain with the Autometer gauge telling me what’s up. Factory gauge is about 10-15psi off depending what motor is doing.
Mines been that way for over 2 years
