Glass color, does it devalue certain items if its oxidized/purple?

Question for the gurus here with a picture below of one of the sets that isn't too bad.

I have some older marker/turn signal lens covers from the 40's that are glass and a couple of them have oxidized and turned light purple, does that significantly devalue them?

Your glass hasn't oxidized. The purple is a result of certain glass ingredients, usually maganese dioxide, and with exposure to the UV rays in sunlight it changes colour.
 
Ok, if you want to get technical on the process! LOL But, I still need to know does the change in color make it less valuable?
