Going from 904 to 727 66 Coronet column shift

I'm sure I'm not the first to ask about this but I have a 66 Coronet I've upgraded to a 440 and 727 from a Slant six and 904. What i need to know is the linkages and everything that runs from the arm on the column in the car down to transmission itself do i need all new linkages or can i simply replace the single linkage nearest the transmission with this one I found online

Both of your links are for 4 speed manuals, not for 904/727 automatics.

I can't answer your question but i can tell you for sure, those parts you posted are for a833 manual 4 speed transmissions and definitely aren't what you need.

Here are a couple linkage sets on ebay. One says its for 904 and the other says for 727. They look similar to me but there must be a difference. Others here can probably tell you more.

Here's one for sale by a member. Doesn't say if it came off a 904 or 727 though but you could ask.

Fore sale is an auto column crossover shift linkage for 1966-70 B Body. This is the linkage that goes from the steering shaft to the trans. Removed from a 1968 Plymouth Satellite auto/ps/small block/column shift Not sure if BB is the same. I think if it's different it would be the linkage after...

I would mock it up and see wnat you need, before spending dime one. I went the other way On a car years ago, but I remember it as being straight forward, without buying any parts. You will also have to address throttle and kickdown linkage.
