Hi everyone! I'm getting ready to reassemble the front end of my '74 Charger. Any input on if I should install the grill or bumper first? Thank you!

I believe that would be impossible to install the grilles first with-out the bumper so that answers your question..

I would get the grille finished first then install. Adjust all the grille to fenders and hood. Then install and adjust the bumper.

How exactly would you do that when the grille brackets are in the bumper and the bumper is what gets aligned to the fenders?

It looks like in the photo your Passenger side headlight mounting bracket is bent up... I would get that fixed as these grilles are tight around the headlights with the molded fillers that are on the backside of the grille..
