64 Fury, replaced the entire front suspension with QA1/Proforge stuff.
Replaced power steering with rebuilt stock unit.
Did not change pump, it worked without issues.

Set the ride height, did a rudimentary alignment to get it down the road.

Old steering was easy one finger although wheel was off center a bit, car tracked straight, UCA/LCA were shot.

Now steering seems a little hard or stiff.
I checked the valve at the oil outlet, and even swapped my old valve on, no change.

Drives great, car goes straight, steering wheel is still off a bit, but shaft has the same flat spot, installed it up, new steering arm is thicker but same dimensions.

Up in the air steers fine, steers fine on the ground, just feels tight.

I did the same exact thing with the same exact parts on my 62, it has a smaller 14" steering wheel and it seems easier to steer.

Checked the fsm, it states check "Hard Steering" in multiple places but I can't find that section anywhere.

I don't want to mess with this box because even after reading up on it, I'm not convinced I won't screw it up, or that it's the steering.

Any input is appreciated.
