Any aluminum thread with a steel fastener will create an oxidation with the chemical reaction between dissimilar metals, aluminum is known for this. If the bolts are chrome plated this will offer some protection about .0005"-.002" if its scratched then the barrier is compromised. I suggest anti-seize on the threads with a mechanical lock..i.e lock washer or Grade 8 brand locking bolt kit. Thread locker compound will hold them and create a barrier layer but it is not intended for that use and could make them harder to remove if corrosion occurs, result is broken bolts.
