Another premium header gasket is the annealed copper one from: flatoutgaskets.com I use them on my headers and collectors. They are re-usable too.
I have 2" tubes, so space it tight. I like the header bolts with a 5/16" head: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/arp-100-1110 Makes it a lot easier to get to them. Studs are best but I can't use them.
