Header issues

Gaksets and Heads are good. The flanges are warped on the headers. I have to cut the flanges and try to get them straight and flat. The headers are the same as the ones in 383 man's pic. Just without the coating. Going to do some tweaking on them after I get the car back from the shop. Had to send it for Annual safety check.

just use red hi trmp silicone and be done with it. i dont use gaskets anymore.even on my b1 ts motor and hemi heads i only use the red hi temp silicone. no more leaks ever.

I lived on the island for 5 years whan I was a kid - are you telling me that you need to do a safety EVERY YEAR??? That's crazy!
