Thanx northern Dave ,, back then who knew cars would hold any value , let alone still be around , just a car back in the day , thanx for wishing me luck , gonna need it. take care Kevin
20 years ago when me and the wife were first married I drove a full sized 2 dr chevy (caprice) with a 327/powerglide. That was our daily driver, and I had a hitch on it too
We have 3 kids, all 3 were delivered home from the hospitol in that car after being born.
I used to pull a 19' deep V fiberglass boat with a V8 I/O behind that car all over MN. The boat must have weighed at least as much as the car lol!! I towed all kinds of trailers, I towed a 66 chevelle from DC down to jacksonville NC once and towed another car from MN to the east coast behind that damn car lol!!
Your trailer hitch brought back memories of making due with what you've got and from back when the driver was in control of the car, not this ABS and traction contol BS "smart cars" we have today.
