Help ID this exhaust manifold, puzzled..

Slightly puzzled on this manifold and what it is.

When I look at it I come up with casting number 2683408.

After some research that doesn't jive. I've tried some logical variations of that but couldn't decode it.

67-69 C body Chrysler 440 HP driver side manifold. The casting number and part number in the Chrysler book are one off. 409 is common, but 408 is seen a lot as well.

Yep, C body. Some swap meet folks will try to pass them off as B body, or rather hoping someone won't notice the different shape.
