Help - identify this part 72 b body

Removed from the engine compartment of a 72 Charger. I think its for the hood release cable, not sure. where it mounts.

Its a 2 part deal.
It supports the rear of fender arm to the cowl with a companion brace

Im looking at my picture and see only one drill hole. Is what I have the actual companion brace or is the second hole plugged up?
I should have both in the garage somewhere. Will let you know.

I think youre right. I have to check that area. I had to do some welding there and most likely took it off.
