Help me identify my 8 3/4

741 case, 44" spring perch to perch, 64" flange to flange. 11" brakes. I'm thinking pickup??? I'm taking it to the swap meet at the 'nats and parting it out - 741 case with 3.55 open, 11" brakes complete with backing plates nad hardware but only one drum. If it is a truck housing I think my best bet is to get $40 from a local who buys empty housings and narrows them. I know if the differential was a 489 3.55 sure grip it would bring some good $$$$, but what is a good price for a 741 3.55 open? Thanks!

Easy tell tale if it's a truck rear is the spring pads will be welded on the top instead of the bottom....

3.55 chunk should at least get $100, if not more.

Most of the 3.55 741's are out of the A100 vans. Like Cranky says, check the spring pads.
