help needed colorado springs area

i live in colorado springs and needing a lil help with my car ive got a 69 gtx, it was setting in storage for over a year and i just got it running again, have a few small eletrical problems no biggie there, bt my concern is that i hear a knocking noise from my pass. side from the valve cover, i pulled the cover and checked everything from pushrods, springs, and valves everything seem fine so im not 2 sure wt i could be, thought it was an exhaust leak bt i replaced both my header gaskets, if any1 could b of any help it would b greatly apprieated

Could be a stuck lifter from sitting sometimes they stick

Try turning over by hand through one full revolution with valve cover off and check the valve train while doing so for loose parts.

stuck lifter i would say.....let it idle for a while DONT REV IT UP...it should work itself free .
