Help please

I need the smartest parts guy on here.When I dismantled the disk brakes on my 71 charger I found some kind of seal between the dust cover and spindle. It was a very thin membrane type material. Anyone know what the correct name is? And where I can get it thanks Roger

go to a lumber yard and buy a 25 foot roll of sill gasket and make all your own gaskets for 6$... builders use it between wood and concrete
