Installing power windows and locks. Need help getting the wiring from the door to the kick panel. Looking for rubber wire loom. Any photos would be helpful.

P.S. How did the factory do it?

What are you working on? I'm doing power windows on a 70 Satellite. On mine there are dimples in the jamb and door where the holes for the wires go. Be sure the holes are big enough to pass the wires with the ends installed. Ma Mopar only used grommets in the holes and loom wrap over the wires in the open. The factory grommets are not easy to come by. I am using aftermarket ones. hope this helps.

See the car in my signature? I'm working on my 69 Coronet. Which aftermarket looms are you going to use?

I was thinking of these from Electric Life sold by Summit. They have a 5/8 I.D.

It is ugly in there! And a hokey set-up too.

Passenger side shown. That said, they have been reliable.

My harness came with the new regulators from nu-relics. I am going to add another layer of wrap to the harness where it is exposed in the jamb area.

I found a photo of the loom above installed in a Chevy but the jamb looks the same since it's a 60s-70s car.

Dennis, this might work for you if you want something better.

Is that the summit item pictured?

Yes, it appears to be. I'll write a review once i get them installed and run the wires.
