H4x=interior trim = bench seat black vinyl
PNT/999 = special paint = based on color, probably Omaha Orange. special order code y/9 would be consistent with 999
U/B= inner upper doors painted black to match interior
S/B = black side stripe
R/1 = AM radio
m/6= LH outside remote mirror

Sorry. I missed Z/8=Special Paint treatment and 2/5= drip rail moldings.

Is this a car built at the LA (E in the VIN) plant?
