Help With Go wing

I have a factory go wing on a 71 R/T. The decklids on the 70/71 cars had "cut-outs" in the decklid braces which located the support plates for the wing pedestals. Bolt the support plates to the braces and that gives you a template to locate the holes for the wing pedestals. The OP's pics do not show the cut-outs in the decklid braces (would not expect them on a 74), and I suspect the wing is not located in the right spot, and the pedestals being too far to the rear where the decklid radius begins and over-tightening trying to pull them down cracked them. My suggestion would be to find a 71 car which has the decklid cut-outs, measure them and duplicate them on your car, then get the pedestals and inner support plates and use the support plates as templates. You may have to repair some incorrect holes. Hope this helps, and good luck. Also note that these cut-outs are on some decklids which did not have go wings installed, so any 71 might have them to measure.
The pedestals are on the flat of the deck lid.

Its obviously not a factory wing as the car itself was never offered with one so I would try and find a replacement or at least the pedestals and replace it. Baring that I would repair what I had since there are already holes in the trunk lid.

Keep in mind that many places made/sold these wings throughout the 70's until today. It was a popular purchase from places like JC Whitney so there is no telling where it came from but it should be made to some spec most likely a Mustang or Cougar.

And for the record I think that wing looks awesome on the car. Way back in the day I had a 74 RR and a good friend of mine (RIP) had a 73 that he owned in HS. My car was originally gun metal grey but I painted it yellow and his was blue. He had a go wing on his car and I always wanted to put one onto my car but never did because I traded it off on a 74 Challenger.
Thanks. I like the looks too. That’s why I want to keep it. Others have suggested putting on a true mopar wing. I don’t like the looks of the stock wings. They sit too tall. I was told when I bought the car that the restoration was done around 2019, so I would think it’s a fairly new wing and still being produced. I also don’t want to change locations of the wing pedestals as I’m not fond of redoing body work on an already restored car.

Since my trunk lid is not original to my car and is a later year one it did not have the openings on the underside.
I had to add them myself.

Then attach the supporting hardware.

What Go Wing spoiler is this? It’s on a 1974RR. The pedestals are cracked and I want to replace. All the ones I see online the brackets don’t look the same. Could this be something other than a Mopar fit? Everything on the car seems to be done correctly, I wouldn’t think they cut corners on the spoiler, but maybe so.

Idk. Maybe I’m missing some small detail here but it seems to be identical to what I have on two Go Wings I have? Is it really that hard to find this part?
