I'm a green guy (F4 light green metallic '70 Charger; F8 Sherwood Green metallic '72 Satellite wagon), but I was leaning orange on this one as I read the thread. 2 things going for it - 1: a bad-*** color in its own right, and 2: the ORIGINAL color for the car.

My sight unseen purchase of my all original paint never rusted 72 GTX RR that really had a little original paint and typical rust gets painted next week

Full teardown done. All blasted. New metal where needed. 515 stroker waiting w Passon 5 speed.

I have the original engine so it's a #s matching car. Factory color was hemi orange.

Love me some sassy grass. Don't hate hemi orange.

Anybody care enough to say anything?

Glad you went with the orange, the car looks great! I just brought home my 71 Charger R/T that came from the Arizona desert and it is really a rust free car, it was also EV2 Hemi Orange and will be repainted in the original color. It had a white vynal top and black stripes originally.

All these posts about an EV2 ’72 Road Runner GTX, not one mention that EV2 is not “Hemi Orange” on a Plymouth, that would be Tor-Red.

Seems to me that lots of plymouths with HIP paint, get their paint called by dodge paint names.

Dodge had better names for most of the high impact colors.
