Hlicoil sealant

I have threads stripped out on an exhaust manifold stud- 440, 906 heads. I plan on drilling it out and using a helicoil. My question- it's an end bolt so it goes into the water jacket- what sealer do I use? I would normally use red loctite on the helicoil, but I'm not sure with the antifreeze. Any thoughts?

I normally use the green sleeve/bearing retainer stuff Loctite 640. Never had a leak.

You need to use Locktite red on the heli coil to head. Let that cure completely, then coat the header bolt with permatex high temp red. Works everytime.
