Horn Problems 67 Coronet

I purchased a 67 Coronet 500 2DR Hardtop this spring. I'm just putting it on the road. I was checking it out for an state inspection sticker and noticed the horn was not working. For some reason both horns are missing. I would like to know where the horns should be, (right inner fender near rad support?). Also, I would like to know the location of the horn relay. I printed out a wiring diagram, but it does not give locations for either. The harness has been messed with, Lots of tape covering a bunch of wires. Knowing the locations would give me a place to start.

Horns are usually on the inside of the right side radiator core support, as well as the horn relay. Make sure the horn button works too. They like to oxidize and the horn won't blow.

Start by checking horn relay. If you have power at the horn relay then pull the connector back a little & jump the two top terminals of the relay. If the horn works... horn & relay are good & you will have to check the horn button...

Thanks for the help. The situation is this;someone removed both horns and the relay. Where they should be is a MSD box, and the wires are who knows where. I printed out the wiring diagram and will start tracing wires. I ordered new horns and a relay. Why the hell would anyone do this?

If memory serves me right it is a dark green wire with a second clip on the end with about a 10 inch piece.I believe it comes out of the harness near the heater blower with the washer pump wires

passenger side upper rad support...You can see one next to the rad, the other is basicly below it, the relay should be in the same area
