I am looking at entering my A12 in to Hot Rod/Motortrend Drag week 2020 since it's all Midwest and I happen to have a decent amount of time off accumulated.

I have Edelbrock Victor heads, they are not reported as Billet, however the Drag week rules for Street cars forbid them ( and a few other parts I can swap easy) otherwise I will have to go up a class to Modified and keep the car as she sits.

does anyone know if they are considered billet or not?

They are cast heads, i would seriously doubt that they would be prohibited as billet. Billet is probably referring to "carved from a solid piece" like top fuel and top alcohol parts.

That's what I was thinking. Far price wise also from the billet heads. I will remove the other parts off to stay in the lower class

Thanks, I am just after a good time, my car isn't even close to winning a class

im trying to get my 70 Coronet done as well, I’m using Qa1 front Torsion bar suspension and Caltracs. Was hoping to run Stock suspension, big block, no power adder. But now I think mini tubs puts me in modified? Either way, I just want the experience. Hope to get in registration. But will show up in case...
