How do i edit the text in my own thread?

I will say that on my cell phone, I don't get that line either. Rather, to the right of the date & time you made the post are 3 vertical lines on top of each other. If you tap that, you'll get the "Edit" button.

Mine are 3 Horizontal lines.

After you hit the post reply button, you will see that edit button at the bottom. I think it goes away after a few minutes and you can no longer edit your post. Not sure if that is fact but I guess Joey may have to answer to get the real facts.

Not sure how long the edit stays or if it stays until another post is made or time. It's always there for me Anyways, as a last resort, you could ask a mod to change something for you if you can't and depending on what you want to change, one of us should be able to help. Start a conversation and say what you want done. Don't forget to copy and paste the thread location so we do not have to spend 2 years looking for it....
