How much pedal travel w/booster 67 coronet

I'm in the process of rebuilding my 67 coronet 500 bought as a roller.
The car is currently in pieces.
There is a booster installed and there is absolutely no pedal movement. I pulled the master thinking it was seized but no change at the pedal.
Is there supposed to be some pedal movement?

Sounds like booster is stuck, pedal should move, but be stiff with no vacuum on it.

Thank you. That is what I was thinking but needed to verify before I did some bone head move and broke it.

I've seen generic drawings online hoping to find the drawing.
