How tall is a 440?

Quick question to anyone who owns a 440 6-pack car with a Ch-6 highrise intake manifold. How tall is the whole assembly from the bottom of the k-member or oil pan if it sits lower to the top of the carburetors? I need to know if I can lift the front end high enough to sneak her under the radiator support, or am I going to have to risk everything and try and drop her in from the top.

Bottom or Top ???

For all the trouble and worries of scratching/etc... I would drop your suspension & put the engine on the K member & come up from the bottom. I got mine in with the exhaust manifolds bolted in place even. Not much room but it goes! :headbang:

thank you very much, how high did you have to lift the front end to get it underneath? (just an estimate)
