And your bank book.

Just got this emailed to me from a friend of mine. No details as of yet.

That is sad to see. Was anyone injured? How are your friend and passenger(s) doing?

That photo would make a great argument for adding shoulder belts and a disc brake upgrade.

Ouch!! Didn't those cars come with shoulder belts and disc brakes? Also, brakes are only as good as your tires....

From what I just found out, it was a low speed head on crash which was my friend's fault.

Wow.....This is going to be a very painful recovery....I feel for your friend.

That's a shame to happen. Hope your friend was ok. If it was his fault, I hope he wasn't texting at the time.

I hope that no one pulled out in front of him, cause if a car like that doesn't stick out to you then you shouldn't be driving in the first place. That is really sad to see. I know about 15 years ago I was acting really stupid in my 70 Bee & hit a couple of small trees. I got out, inspected the damage & proceeded to vomiting on the spot.

Oh man, I gotta sick feelin in my stomach

Sorry to see this, but the good thing is no one was hurt. I hope your friend can get his beauty back together .Good luck and God bless.

That's nasty and heartbreaking... No head bashes on the windshield so he's probably ok but really sore and sick to his stomach

that totally sucks, hope everyone is OK. but at least he was driving it. It could have been gathering dust in a barn for 30 years, or lost it to a garage fire and never had enjoyed it. Fix it and get back to having fun with it.

Wow, sad indeed, that will be a Labor day weekend never forgotten. Hopefully everyone is OK.

Man, I hate to see a beauty crunched like that. It happens in the blink of an eye so everyone be extra careful when you are out there driving your classic Mopar.
