I generally don't post here and can say I'm sad to see the results. No one sicker than the driver (owner?).
hindsight is 20/20 they say. This incident sheds light on several issues.
The vehicle can be repaired, but
op didn't mention if the driver is the owner
Busy holiday weekend
Congested urban area
Unfamiliarity of surroundings? distractions?
Expensive car with hard to find parts
choose wisely and be aware of the risks each time we drive a collector/classic.

Driver is the owner & fortunately, she wasn't injured. I would venture to say that she was unfamiliar with the area & the left turn lane.

Would this happen to be the same car that was for sale recently in the Iowa area?
