got the car, said he had a title, but alas! nope. got a notarized release of interest in the car, and a bos. $3500 buys it. it does have a complete wilwood disc brakess, all four wheels, lots of good parts. just didn't end up being quite what i thought it was. now if i had a nice 66 or 67 b body to put it all in... thinbk i would rather sell it.
